This course will outline the problem-solving process and provide you with an introduction to a range of problem-solving tools and techniques that you’ll be able to apply to a range of workplace situations.

It includes the option of downloading a workbook that enables learners to ‘solve’ a real-life problem in the workplace while completing the course. It is envisaged that the workbook can also be used as part of practical individual or team performance improvement exercise.
