Workplace Ethics

Description

Are you confident your workers could identify unethical conduct? Can you be sure they would speak up if they saw a conflict of interest in the workplace?

This microlearning program has been designed as a mobile-optimised, responsive series of three short ‘learning bites’. Workplace Ethics explains ethical conduct in the workplace, helping workers understand how to behave ethically and how to identify potential unethical conduct.

Drawing on principles of microlearning, each bite contains video explainers, authentic scenarios set in relatable workplaces and case studies based on real-life ethical breaches. The learning bites are sequential, but the content within each bite is designed to be explored in any order the learner chooses.
