April 2019 Course Release: Learning Seat Compliance
This month we've launched a brand-new range of courses to assist workers and organisations to tackle mental health in their workplace. These courses are responsive, allowing workers to complete anywhere, just 20 minutes long, and also conform to AA accessibility guidelines – so everyone can access their training.
Mental health is a global issue affecting all organisations with as many as one in five workers experiencing mental health problems such as anxiety, depression or stress . It’s not a recent issue, but what’s changing is the positive approach many organisations are taking to address it. This means raising awareness, reducing stigma and using effective management and supports. These efforts ensure that mental illness isn’t a barrier to the success of individuals or the organisation as a whole.
