RCSA (Recruitment and Consulting Services Association) is an industry body representing over 3300 members from the recruitment and human resources services industry. The 2014 RCSA Conference will be held from August 27th-29th in Queenstown, New Zealand.
The theme of the conference is ‘Navigating the new reality’, a reference to current business trends where organisations need to be flexible and adapt to change in order to survive and keep their employees engaged.
Cameron Boucher, Learning Seat’s Head of Channel Partnerships, is chairing the round table session on fraud awareness at the event:
‘Every day it seems there is a story in the media relating to fraud in the workplace. Being Australia’s largest provider of online compliance training, our clients’ voices and needs heavily influence the direction of our content library. Our new fraud awareness course will be delivered via a ‘curated’ collection of digital stories and artefacts including news articles, videos, radio interviews and blogs. It has been designed to reflect the way we consume online content in the real world.’
Fraud awareness is one of the new topics to be released in Learning Seat’s online course library. The fraud awareness course is legally compliant training which can help workers identify, report, and prevent fraudulent behaviour in the workplace.
Learning Seat will be present throughout the three day conference to talk to businesses about their options for compliance training.
