As an ongoing commitment to improve the services that Learning Seat provides to our valued clients, we’re pleased to announce some exciting changes that will be made to our Technical Support operations as of July 1st, 2016.
#1: Extended Operating Hours
Currently, our Technical Support operating hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm AEST Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian Public Holidays.
Learning Seat will be updating these operating hours to: 8:30am to 7:30pm AEST, Monday to Friday, excluding Australian National Public Holidays.
During summer time, we will remain open an additional hour, providing support from 8:30am to 8:30pm AEDT to accommodate daylight savings.
#2: Public Holidays
Currently, the Technical Support team does not operate on Victorian Public Holidays. We will be changing this to provide more robust support nation-wide, and our Technical Support team will only be closed on Australian National Holidays from July 1st.
Please note that Learning Seat, and the Technical Support team will remain closed on the following days:
- New Year’s Day
- Australia Day
- Good Friday
- Easter Monday
- ANZAC Day
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
During Victorian Public Holidays, the Technical Support team will be operating under Restricted Trading Hours as follows: 9:00am – 5:30pm AEST/AEDT. These days are:
- Labour Day (second Monday in March)
- Queen’s Birthday (second Monday in June)
- Grand Final Friday (Friday before AFL Grand Final)
- Melbourne Cup (first Tuesday in November)
Please note that the Technical Support team will operate on Monday 13th June 2016 for Queen’s Birthday under Restricted Trading Hours.
