User Group Forum
Our last User Group Forum received extremely positive feedback. Here’s a snapshot of what you thought:
What do you consider were the strengths of the forum?
“Very much an interactive session where people from all different companies were encouraged to share their experiences with Learning Seat. For me, who has no exposure to Learning Seat, it was good to see how it all operates, and how it could help me in my new role at PepsiCo.” – Scott Guthrie – PepsiCo.
“Good relaxed presentation style. Ability to share ideas and speak one-on-one with Learning Seat staff and troubleshoot problems. Summer Robinson, Jaime Hartland and Laura Bytheway really paid attention to our thoughts and certainly gave the impression that they would be working on those items we felt needed improvement.” – Karla Smith – Stanwell.
“Seeing how our earlier inputs were acted on. Mixing with other users and sharing ideas with them. Being able to participate in the shaping and growth of Learning Seat by discussing enhancements and explaining how they would help. Meeting the staff and putting a face to a voice over the phone.” – Joe Fsadni – Canon.
Accredited Administrator Training
Our Accredited Administrator Training sessions are also popularly received. Here’s a snapshot of some of the positive things you had to say:
What was most valuable to you in the training?
“The number of resources that were provided. It was ideal to have Russell Leech show us how to work our way around the system with us being able to follow him on our own computers. The booklets were also very handy and will prove to help when we return to work.” – Amanda Brearley – Richmond Football Club.
“To be able to get an insight into the system whilst having examples to practise with was fantastic. I also found it useful to attend training with a range of different users; by listening to their questions, I was able to gather some great ideas to implement in our organisation using e-learning.” – Naomi Shinn – AAPL.
“Definitely learning about all the different functions within the e-learning system, as I have not been exposed to Learning Seat before. However, I found the system to be user-friendly and didn’t have any difficulties with any of the different functions available. The most valuable component I found was the Groups section as it was clarified, therefore making it easier for me to use that function effectively to my advantage.” – Senia Mesquita – Heinz.
Please rate the facilitator.
“Russell Leech was fantastic as he always provided us with a detailed answer and if we had any questions, answered them and ensured we understood the answer.” – Amanda Brearley – Richmond Football Club.
“Laura Bytheway, fantastic, very informative and able to answer all queries and show examples.” – Mel Fibley – News Community Media.
“Russell Leech was approachable, regularly checked understanding, effectively addressed questions. He effectively discussed specific examples related to participant’s individual business. He encouraged feedback on the system and I felt this will be passed back to the system developers. Overall, a very competent presenter.” – Richard Buttery – CARA.
