Learning Seat Pty Ltd is pleased to announce its acquisition of Melbourne based e-learning company C-Learning.
Since 2002, C-Learning has been delivering high quality e-learning solutions to businesses in Australia. The company was chosen for its expertise in bespoke e-learning and technology platforms.
Employees of both companies and Learning Seat’s board of directors have welcomed the acquisition.
Learning Seat CEO, Scott Deane, said the move would bring many strategic benefits to the company’s current and prospective customers, as well as to its shareholders.
