Learning Seat is pleased to announce the launch of our new online training course targeted at new Training Administrators.
Our new The Learning Centre Administrator Training course is a master class designed to provide new Training Administrators with an understanding and practical hands-on training of the core functionality within the Learning Centre.
Existing Training Administrators can also undertake this course as a refresher if required.
The role of Training Administrator is critical to the successful implementation and ongoing usage of your Learning Centre within your organisation; and so we recommend all newly-appointed Training Administrators complete this highly interactive and informative before using your Learning Centre.
The course runs for approximately an hour and covers all core menus and functions necessary to coordinate training across your organisation.
A key feature of this new course is the use of the highly interactive Simulated System Training Technique that provides the learner with a ‘Show Me’ demonstration of how to perform each task, then a ‘Test Me’ activity which allows the learner to actually perform the task on a simulated version of the real system, receiving feedback and instruction at the point of action.
