This month we’ve released several new eLearning courses along with updating our online compliance suite, Law at Work.
Safety Leadership Bundle
Managers and leaders are responsible for ensuring a safe work environment for everyone. The Safety Leadership bundle contains online courses designed to help those leaders understand and manage WHS issues. The bundle comprises three courses designed to form part of an organisation’s WHS strategy, and should be supported by organisation-specific policies and procedures.
Law At Work
Law at Work is a suite of online compliance courses covering organisation and worker responsibilities in relation to appropriate behaviour in the workplace.
Law at Work encourages behavioural change through the combination of immersive pictorial storytelling, established learning theories and traditional text-based knowledge building. All courses in the suite contain legally compliant content that was created in partnership with award-winning Australian law firm Lander & Rogers.
How To Manage Stress
Did you know that in the last ten years, the number of stress-related workplace compensation claims has doubled?
This course explains how workers can identify the dangers of prolonged stress, and how they can effectively manage and reduce stress in their workplace.
Fire Warden Training
Fire Warden Training has been designed to provide workers with highly relevant and specific fire warden training. At completion of the course, learners will be able to not only understand their responsibilities as fire wardens but also demonstrate work health and safety leadership in the workplace.
Survive Armed Robbery
Survive Armed Robbery has been designed to provide workers with the information they need to improve their chances of surviving an armed robbery in their workplace.
Victorian Child Safe Standards
Victorian Child Safe Standards – We All Have a Role to Play, developed and built in partnership with the City of Melbourne and Knox City Council, will help your organisation do just that. It has been designed to provide your workers with the knowledge to recognise signs of child abuse, follow correct reporting procedure and, ultimately, model the behaviours that foster a child safe environment.
National Consumer Credit Protection Act
This course is designed to give you a broad overview of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (the Act) and how it applies to you. It covers some general definitions, your obligations around responsible lending, prohibited dealings and unlawful authorisations, and steps you can take to ensure that you’re compliant.
