Organisational learning and development survey
Learning Seat continues its push to build fit for purpose content, making the need to understand learner preferences, barriers to access, and attitudinal responses to online learning even more critical.
Through the delivery of educational compliance material to more than 400 clients Learning Seat is able to investigate trends that directly shape innovations in content design and provision.
Both legislative obligations and best practice highlight the important role education plays in an organisational safety strategy. To further fulfil the role of education, Learning Seat is initiating an organisational learning and development survey to identify trends and insights for compliance and organisational development specialists.
This survey seeks specific information regarding emerging technologies, learning initiatives, formal qualifications, accessibility and reporting.
It’s understood that learning, coupled with policy and properly supported workplace procedures, can transition a workforce from a passive state of compliance to a responsive safety culture, improving business performance indicators.
