With the Learning Seat Training Needs Survey, we aim to explore key training areas.
Understanding your anticipated needs for online training over the next two years is critical for us, particularly in the following categories:
- Leadership & Management
- Project Management
- Soft Skills
- Customer Service Sales
- IT & Computing
- Environmental Awareness
- Human Resources
- Industry Specific Courses
With the survey, we also wanted to address any additional online training courses you would like added to the library; and the top three most common skills gaps that exist in your organisations. Your responses in these areas would help us better fill those gaps.
The Learning Seat Training Needs Survey also assists us in the continuous improvement of our course library. So by understanding how well you rate the overall quality of the courses in our current library, we can then identify areas that require further development and in doing so, provide the best solution for a win-win result.
So what were the results? Here’s a snapshot.
And what additional compliance courses do you want to see in the library? According to the survey, you want more OHScourses. For those of you in the financial services industry, the National Consumer Credit Protection Bill also rated highly.
