Derek practises in all areas of workplace relations and safety law. He operates extensively across both the public and private sectors with experience in all Australian jurisdictions. Derek has been named in Best Lawyers Australia since 2008, the pre-eminent legal peer review survey published annually.

Georgia has worked in the e-learning industry for 6 years and currently works with Learning Seat’s e-learning Solutions Team to head up a library of more than 300 courses in HR compliance and business upskilling topics. Prior to working in e-learning, Georgia worked as a journalist in news and current affairs, for various public and commercial radio and television broadcasters.
