Learning Seat hosted an exclusive event where we had different industry speakers discuss how the learning and development landscape is changing, and what that means for the people that are tasked with the enormous responsibility to develop learning programs. During the event, Ashley Spowart from NAB ran a Think Thank that looked at how may we learn, unlearn and relearn? This question looks to open up the conversation about how learning and development is changing and how do we adapt to the changes to best deliver learning to our workforce.
Over the past 12 months, Ashley has been running a series of design thinking workshops that has involved over 500 learning leaders from across the globe. During the workshops, he attained over 3000 ideas on how to address this key question. Ashley used the information and ideas from these workshops to develop his newest whitepaper that focuses on answer the main question, how may we learn, unlearn and relearn.
